ViroSync¶
ViroSync identifies candidate endogenous viral elements (EVEs) in assembled eukaryotic genomes. Viral markers define seed regions. Gene taxonomy and host-like sequence signals then refine the region boundaries. TMVec2, Boltz, and InterProScan can add protein evidence to the final score.
Start with the shipped example. Use the reference pages when you change an input, resource path, or optional analysis.
- Get started installs ViroSync and runs the example.
- Command-line reference lists each public command and option.
- Optional analyses covers frameshift screening, TMVec2, Boltz, and InterProScan.
- Performance shows selected benchmark results.
- Methods and outputs describes the code-verified workflow and output files.
- Resource bundle records the pinned database contents.
